The ComedyVille Summer Street Jam

"The ComedyVille Summer Street Jam", was launched in June of 2013 by comedy show producer and comic, Rocco Romeo.

Jersey Night Comedy has an exclusive agreement with the town of Somerville, to produce the one-of-a-kind outdoor, live stand-up comedy street show in the tri-state area.

So many different dining options on Division Street alone. The many outdoor dining options combined with exquisite ambiance and top emerging comedic talent make for a wonderful night out!

The show is located right on Division Street Plaza in downtown Somerville, NJ. Between Division St Music and Pinoy restaurant.

The area's top comics bring the funny for all to enjoy. In its three years of existence the show has grown in leaps and bounds. Last year's shows had record-breaking audiences with hundreds in attendance.

The shows can be seen on Saturdays and Wednesdays of the summer (check schedule below). In September, a special all-star Saturday night show closes out the season showcasing the very best clean Stand-Up acts.

Laffing Sal watches over the shows during the summer from her store front window inside TNT Antiques and Collectibles. Rumor has it that she favors the red-headed comics, giving them special powers to win over the street crowd. Rumor even has it simply touching her red-vibrant hair prior to performing brings a good set to any comic.

Interestingly enough, every red-headed comic that has performed up-to-date have been hilarious.
